Today's Story - Nose Running -

Oops! My nose was running Today. Because, This is hey fever.

However, the sunset was wonderful.

I arrived post on social media.

LSD（ Long Slow Distance ) = 28Km over the paddling.

I was studied in the morning, paddling kayak in the afternoon, and enjoy cooking dinner in the evening.
