I made bread with my wife.
The fleshly bread is the best.
【 Recipe 】
- Ham Bread -
① material
・ Strong flour : 280g
・ Skim milk : 15g
・ Suger : 16g
・ Salt : 4g
・ Yeast : 5g
・ Water : 200g
・ Yolk of egg : 1/2 egg
・ butter : a little
② Primary fermentation : 40℃、50minute
③ 12 cut
④ Bench time : 10minute
⑤ Molding → Second fermentation : 40℃、30minute
⑥ To paint(Yolk of egg)
⑦ Oven(Baked): 180℃、15minute
⑧ Completion!
- Salt Butter Bread -
① material
・ Strong flour : 220g
・ Skim milk : 15g
・ Suger : 15g
・ Salt : 3g
・ Yeast : 3g
・ Water : 140g
・ Yolk of egg : 1/2 egg
・ Butter : a little
② Primary fermentation : 40℃、50minute
③ 8 cut
④ Bench time : 10minute
⑤ Molding → To paint(Butter)→ Second fermentation : 40℃、30minute
⑥ To paint(Yolk of egg)
⑦ To sprinkle(Salt)
⑧ Oven(Baked): 180℃、15minute
⑦ Completion!
