I made bread with my wife.


The fleshly bread is the best.

   


Recipe


- Ham Bread -


material

・ Strong flour : 280g

・ Skim milk : 15g

・ Suger : 16g

・ Salt : 4g

・ Yeast : 5g

・ Water : 200g

・ Yolk of egg : 1/2 egg

butter : a little


Primary fermentation : 40℃、50minute

12 cut

Bench time : 10minute

MoldingSecond fermentation : 40℃、30minute

To paint(Yolk of egg)

Oven(Baked): 180℃、15minute

Completion!

- Salt Butter Bread -


material

・ Strong flour : 220g

・ Skim milk : 15g

・ Suger : 15g

・ Salt : 3g

・ Yeast : 3g

・ Water : 140g

・ Yolk of egg : 1/2 egg

Butter : a little


Primary fermentation : 40℃、50minute

8 cut

Bench time : 10minute

MoldingTo paint(Butter)→ Second fermentation : 40℃、30minute

To paint(Yolk of egg)

To sprinkle(Salt)

Oven(Baked): 180℃、15minute

Completion!
